The Chiniot Anjuman Islamia (CAI ) is a registered general welfare organization founded in 1983 .it is managed by some of Pakistan’s leading industries and removed businessmen belonging to the Chiniot Shaikh Biradari , which has rendered great service to the country by establishing welfare institutions, schools, hospitals, maternity homes, dispensaries etc. for the noble cause of service to humanity and promotions of the true Islamic way of life through educational and social activites . The Anjuman service the needy and deserving class of people regardless of caste and creed without compromising the quality of service provided .

As such,a number of highly successful projects is presently being operated in Karachi as well as in Punjab through which the Anjuman is meeting its objectives by providing quality services to the poor masses of Pakistan .Among the CAI`s projects in Karachi are The Chiniot Islamia Public School, Chiniot Maternity and Child Health Centre and Bakht Bari Chiniot Hospital .

In Fasilabad,the CAI runs the Blood Bank and Dialysis Centre, and in Chiniot it runs the islamia Hospital .

Among the ambitious projects the Anjuman has now undertaken, is the Chiniot General Hospital, which will have 267 beds in Phase III.
